About The Position

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for executing field marketing strategies and tactical plans within assigned markets to support sales growth, traffic, and brand awareness. This role partners closely with Operations to bring national and regional initiatives to life locally, ensuring consistent execution, strong community presence, and measurable results. Serving as the local market expert, the Field Marketing Manager provides insights, feedback, and performance analysis to inform ongoing optimization of marketing programs and local store marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years field marketing experience.
  • Proven experience executing commercial driving Field Marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales, traffic, and promotional performance data.
  • Experience managing local marketing budgets and vendors.
  • Ability to spend 60%+ of time in the field, including restaurant visits and community engagement.
  • Strong partnership skills with Operations and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute national and regional marketing strategies at the local market level to drive sales, traffic, and awareness.
  • Conduct regular and consistent restaurant visits across assigned markets to ensure effective execution of marketing programs, promotions, and brand standards.
  • Develop and implement short-term local business plans aligned to sales goals and market-specific needs.
  • Identify, develop, and execute grassroots and community marketing initiatives, including proactively sourcing new local partnerships, events, sponsorships, and catering opportunities to drive traffic and sales.
  • Ensure timely and consistent execution of promotions, campaigns, and marketing programs across assigned restaurants.
  • Serve as a key marketing partner to Operations by aligning marketing initiatives with operational priorities and business objectives.
  • Analyze sales, traffic, and promotional performance by channel, daypart, menu family, and day of week to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Monitor execution effectiveness and provide clear insights, learnings, and recommendations to the Director of Field Marketing.
  • Collect and elevate local market intelligence, including competitor activity, customer feedback, and emerging trends.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting related to field marketing initiatives and local performance.
  • Support the management and execution of the local store marketing budget in alignment with approved parameters.
  • Maintain a strong field presence by regularly visiting restaurants to assess execution, gather feedback, and support teams.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Media, Commercial Marketing, and Revenue Growth Management teams to support integrated campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and marketing guidelines across all field executions.
  • Support pilot programs, test initiatives, and new market openings as needed.
  • Perform other duties as asisigned.
