About The Position

Inbenta is a global leader in AI-powered customer interactions. We are searching for a Field Marketing Manager who can turn our marketing campaigns into revenue. You will own our field marketing strategy. You'll manage the plan, the budget, and the outcomes for in-person and virtual programs. You'll work closely with our sales and partnership teams to focus every marketing dollar on engaging target enterprise accounts, closing deals faster, and establishing Inbenta as an industry leader. This is not just an events role. This is a strategic position for a marketer who obsesses over pipeline and creates experiences that convert to sales opportunities. If you naturally take ownership of the outcome and you thrive on seeing your work convert to measurable pipeline, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably at an enterprise SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven success managing a portfolio of events (in-person, virtual, and executive) with measurable impact on sales pipeline.
  • Pipeline-focused mindset: You understand that field marketing exists to generate and close revenue.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills. You can manage multiple complex projects at once in a fast-paced environment without missing details.
  • Budget management experience. You've been directly accountable for marketing spend and ROI.
  • Analytical skills: You're proficient with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo), and data analysis tools.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills. You build trusted relationships with sales teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and drives projects from start to finish.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 30% to manage and attend key events across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a field marketing budget and deploy resources to maximize qualified leads.
  • Work as a strategic business partner to the Direct Sales and Channel/Partner Sales.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and Account Executives to identify target accounts, define regional priorities, and build campaigns that align to sales goals.
  • Own event execution. Plan and execute all events on the calendar, in-person and virtual, to maximize attendance and generate qualified pipeline.
  • Run strong pre-show outreach to secure meetings. Build a rigorous post-show follow-up process so the sales team acts on every lead quickly. Ensure all event leads are nurtured effectively.
  • Manage event logistics, including vendor relationships, digital experiences, shipping, and on-site execution. Deliver a consistent, high-quality brand presence.
  • Give the sales team the tools and talking points they need to succeed at events and in follow-up.
  • Design and execute multi-touch marketing campaigns that support the marketing strategy. Use email, social, and digital ads to increase leads and engagement.
  • Track, measure, and report on all field marketing activities. Focus on key metrics: MQLs, SALs, and pipeline influence.
  • Use Salesforce and our HubSpot marketing automation platform to manage campaigns, maintain data quality, and provide visibility into program performance.
  • Turn data into insights. Provide clear recommendations to improve future marketing investments and strategies.
