About The Position

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Channel Marketing Manager US to lead marketing activities across US, with a focus on US. This role is critical to accelerating brand visibility, driving demand, and enabling our commercial and channel partners in these strategically important markets. You will be responsible for translating global marketing strategies into locally relevant plans, taking into account cultural, regulatory, and go-to-market differences across US. Based in North America , you will work closely with the Global Marketing team and collaborate daily with regional sales and partner teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the B2B technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Experience managing MDF programs and working with channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within the EV charging market is a large plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Market Development Fund (MDF) programs to effectively support channel partners and distributors in their marketing efforts.
  • Ensure transparent and efficient allocation and tracking of MDF budgets for all product lines and across the region.
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives, maximizing market reach and impact.
  • Adapt global marketing strategies and brand guidelines to create locally relevant and impactful marketing plans across region.
  • Define and refine local product messaging and positioning to strongly resonate with the target audiences.
  • Develop comprehensive and distinct marketing strategies and execution plans.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activities.
  • Provide regular and insightful reports on market performance, competitor analysis, and customer feedback specific to both product lines.
  • Work collaboratively with the regional sales teams to ensure strong alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
