Your Home Improvement Company - Events Lead Generator Manager Salary: $70,000.00 / $2000 Monthly Bonus Potential Looking for a rockstar team-leader ready to develop, manage, and lead a team of demonstrators promoting Your Home Improvement Company's brand at area events! We'll give you the tools to build your Event Lead Generation Department headquartered in our brick and mortar in Denver, CO! You and your team of Lead Generators will be responsible for generating new prospective customers in our promotional booths at the events, fairs, and festivals everybody's talking about in these areas! About Your Home Improvement Company: For over 20 years, Your Home Improvement Company has been an industry-leader, with U.S. offices in many states from the Pacific Northwest to the Southeast! Requirements

- Can lead a team to succeed while maintaining a fun work environment.
- Computer literacy and technologically inclined, including expansive use of Microsoft Office / Office 365.
- Marketing / Sales / Customer Service Experience
- Open Weekend Availability

- Marketing / Sales degree not required, but recommended
Responsibilities
- Generate leads that generate sales for our home improvement products at malls, events, and shows throughout your territory.
- Research, book, and negotiate these events you and your crew will be working.
- Build, train, manage, and lead your team of Lead Generators.
- Ensure promotional booths are safely set-up and removed before and after every event.
- Maintain and track department production, inventory, and budget.
