About The Position

We're seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to lead A-MAX's brand growth and local activation efforts across Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and San Diego. This role blends digital acumen with community presence. You'll run campaigns, empower local offices, and build our reputation neighborhood by neighborhood. You'll collaborate closely with our corporate marketing team in Texas while tailoring strategies for the unique, diverse California market. The ideal candidate is both strategic and scrappy. Someone who thrives on building awareness and engagement through creative, cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of field or regional marketing experience, ideally in retail, insurance, or franchise environments.
  • Proven success running local activations and events with lean budgets.
  • Deep understanding of the Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and San Diego markets.
  • Excellent networking, partnership-building, and community relations skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localized marketing strategies that connect with Southern California's diverse audiences.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, nonprofits, schools, and community organizations to amplify brand reach.
  • Activate and support office managers to execute grassroots marketing programs and events.
  • Manage local media placements, influencer collaborations, and community sponsorships.
