About The Position

We are seeking a Field Marketing Lead to help define and execute Axion’s field marketing and events strategy across both digital and in-person channels. This role is a key driver of how Axion engages with prospects and customers, partners, and investors through high-impact experiences that generate pipeline and amplify Axion’s brand in the market. This person will lead the full lifecycle of Axion’s event and field marketing programs, spanning in-person industry conferences, digital webinars, as well as corporate events like our Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and annual partner conferences. This may also include thought leadership activations — dinners, panels, and executive sessions that strengthen our ecosystem visibility. The ideal candidate thrives in building something from the ground up. You’ll balance strategy and execution to define a scalable event framework while owning the tactical delivery that brings it to life. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and engage directly with customers and partners to ensure Axion’s events reflect our brand excellence and ambition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated marketing roles — ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, or technology company.
  • Proven ability to manage both digital and in-person events from webinars to large-scale conferences.
  • Experience delivering successful events across industries and audiences, with a focus on crafting tailored narratives that drive ICP engagement.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with GTM, marketing, and product teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders across external customers, partners, and investors.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a dynamic environment and building structure from the ground up.
  • Passion for storytelling, brand experience, and curating moments that drive both business impact and connection.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Axion’s field marketing strategy across in-person and digital experiences.
  • Own the planning, management, and execution of Axion’s key events — from industry and partner conferences to owned gatherings like our CAB and thought leadership webinars.
  • Lead webinar and virtual event programs, ensuring strong attendance, engagement, and follow-up that drives pipeline impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing teams to align field activities with go-to-market priorities and revenue goals.
  • Partner with Axion’s executive team and investors to co-create and activate visibility opportunities, including roundtables, panels, and showcases.
  • Support event content strategies and speaker programs across Axion’s target verticals and industries that resonate with enterprise buyers and C-level audiences.
  • Establish operational excellence across logistics, vendor management, and measurement, ensuring every event delivers a strong return on experience and investment.
  • Track, analyze, and report on field marketing performance, creating a feedback loop that informs ongoing strategy.
  • Represent Axion’s brand with professionalism and creativity, ensuring every touchpoint elevates our reputation with customers and partners.
