As a key member of the Commercial Product Marketing and Field Readiness Team, the Lead Marketing & Field Readiness Consultant plays an essential role in how KeyBank Commercial brings its Embedded Banking solutions to market—and how our field and sales teams are equipped to deliver them effectively. This role partners closely with Product, Business Development (BD), Relationship Management and Corporate Center Marketing to execute Embedded Banking go-to-market strategies, develop differentiated product positioning, and build a scalable enablement ecosystem that empowers bankers, advisors, and sales teams to identify opportunities, articulate value, and deepen client relationships with Embedded Banking solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and demonstrates exceptional ownership, accountability, and communication.
