Role Overview: The Field Marketing Lead for the Americas is responsible for defining and executing the regional marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with global initiatives while tailoring campaigns to local market needs. This role includes overseeing key marketing channels, guiding Field Marketing Coordinators and cross-functional colleagues, and collaborating closely with sales and partner teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth. The Americas role at Onclusive covers Canada, the USA and Latin America with two direct reports based in Buenos Aires. The Americas is our fastest growth region and contributes significantly to the overall global marketing KPIs. This Role reports into our Global Head of Field Marketing.
