About The Position

We are seeking a Field Marketing & Events Manager to lead and oversee our in-person events and engagements. This role operates at the intersection of events, partnerships, operations, and brand, with responsibility for ensuring each engagement is executed with a high level of quality, consistency, and impact. In addition to execution, this role is responsible for generating opportunities with industry partners and associations that elevate our presence with key audiences through strategic partnerships, thought leadership, and industry visibility. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to align on objectives and maximize the value of each event and partnership to support our broader brand, growth, and audience goals.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in events, field marketing, partnerships, or experiential marketing
  • Exceptionally organized with strong project management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to think strategically about brand and audience
  • Comfortable managing multiple events and timelines simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel as needed for conferences and events
  • Experience working with industry associations or membership organizations
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing tools

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of our events calendar, managing end-to-end logistics such as registrations, travel coordination, shipping, vendor management, and timelines
  • Lead how we show up at every event, ensuring our on-site presence is intentional, creative, polished, and aligned with our brand and audience goals
  • Partner closely with cross-departmental teams to define clear objectives (eg. brand awareness, qualified leads, pipeline generation) and track results for each event
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for association and industry partners, managing ongoing relationships and coordinating sponsorships, content contributions, presentations, and conference participation
  • Proactively identify and develop new partnerships with organizations and associations that expand our reach, generate qualified opportunities, and position the company in front of target audiences
  • Own internal communication and alignment for all events, proactively providing updates, maintaining shared planning channels, and ensuring internal stakeholders are well-informed and prepared ahead of each engagement
  • Manage post-event feedback loops, including collecting feedback, reporting against objectives, and collaborating on recommendations for future iterations
  • Manage swag strategy and inventory, including sourcing, design, and distribution of branded materials that reflect our brand and enhance our presence at events
