Role Summary: We are seeking a Field & Events Marketing Manager who will be responsible for strategically planning and executing a diverse range of sponsored, hosted, and field events with a large emphasis on tradeshows.These events will be measured by their delivery of pipeline creation, great brand experiences and industry presence. Please note this is a hybrid role based out of our Palo Alto office and requires a minimum of 4 days in office.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or trade show management within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven history of managing trade shows and conferences end-to-end, including strategy, logistics, vendor management, and on-site leadership.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track metrics, evaluate event ROI, and optimize programs based on performance insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and represent the brand professionally at events.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a bias for action—comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in marketing and event tools (e.g., Eloqua, On24, Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end trade show and conference logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting, staffing, metrics tracking, and on-site execution, ensuring high-quality experiences and results delivery.
  • Plan and execute highly impactful field marketing events that generate qualified leads, accelerate sales opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships, including executive dinners, account-specific events, and ABM programs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify key accounts and develop tailored marketing strategies that engage prospects.
  • Work effectively across GTM to provide campaign and demand programs for pre-event and post-event support, ensuring the delivery of event KPIs.
  • Partner with sales teams to understand segment and regional priorities, account needs, and revenue targets, translating them into actionable field marketing plans.
