JOB DESCRIPTION: The Field Marketing Coordinator serves as the front line of support for franchisees, acting as a highly responsive liaison between the field and the marketing team. This role is focused on inbound communication, promotional execution, and ensuring franchisees receive timely, accurate, and actionable marketing support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of relevant marketing experience; experience in field or brand marketing a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans
  • Knowledge of franchisee operations is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative working style to interface with multiple business partners
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations to management

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing requests from franchisees, ensuring timely responses and follow-through
  • Coordinate and communicate national and local promotions
  • Translate marketing initiatives into clear, field-ready communications
  • Track, prioritize, and resolve inbound requests to ensure nothing is missed
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing and operations to support field needs
  • Capture franchisee feedback and common questions to improve future communications and promotions
  • Maintain organized systems and documentation for requests, promotions, and updates
  • Support continuous improvement of field marketing processes and tools
  • Support field marketing team with grand opening/resale initiatives as needed
