About The Position

We’re looking for a relationship-driven, high-energy professional to support the growth of our orthodontic practice through consistent, in-person outreach and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting new people, and building strong professional relationships. This is a field-based role requiring daily in-person outreach. You will spend most of your time outside of the office.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with in-person outreach, including walking into offices and introducing yourself
Self-motivated and able to manage your day independently
Organized and consistent with follow-up
Professional, confident, and personable
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Experience in outreach, healthcare, dental, sales, or hospitality is a plus

Responsibilities

Visit dental offices and referral partners daily
Build and maintain strong professional relationships
Follow up consistently to stay top-of-mind with partners
Represent the practice at local events, schools, and community activities
Coordinate outreach visits, drop-offs, and office interactions
Travel between multiple office locations in North Fort Worth, including Haslet, Keller, Azle, Saginaw, and surrounding areas
Track outreach activity and manage your daily schedule effectively
Generating new patient opportunities through relationship building
Maintaining and growing referral partnerships over time
Representing the practice in a professional and engaging way
Supporting local events and outreach initiatives
Ensuring consistent follow-up and communication with partners
