We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Field Marketing & ABM Leader to help drive LangChain's next wave of growth. In this role, you will be the primary marketing partner to our Sales leadership, responsible for building a pipeline-generating engine through targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and high-impact field events. This is a builder’s role. You will inherit one direct report immediately, with the mandate to grow the team this year as we expand into new regions. You will determine where we place our bets geographically and across event types. We are looking for someone who loves the science of ABM and the art of experiential marketing—someone who can orchestrate intimate executive dinners, technical workshops for developers, and large-scale user conferences with equal precision. You need to be ready to operate as a player-coach. You will set the high-level strategy for how we hit our pipeline goals while also rolling up your sleeves to manage event logistics and campaign execution.
