About The Position

F3EA is seeking a Field Logistics Coordinator to support Blue Water Instrumentation (BWI) operations at the Point Mugu Sea Range. This role is responsible for enabling the successful execution of test and experimentation events by ensuring equipment, materials, personnel support, and logistics processes are synchronized and delivered without failure. The Field Logistics Coordinator operates at the point of execution—supporting R&D, prototyping, and field testing efforts tied to Over-the-Horizon maritime instrumentation, telemetry systems, and command-and-control experimentation. This position requires a detail-oriented, mission-focused professional who can manage logistics in dynamic environments where timelines are tight and failure is not an option. This position is designed to ensure that logistics never becomes the point of failure in a high-tempo R&D and test environment. The Field Logistics Coordinator enables mission execution by ensuring that the right equipment, in the right configuration, is delivered at the right time—every time.
