About The Position

The Learning Administrator I supports the delivery and administration of learning programs that enable Field Sales team members to effectively represent Applied Medical products and execute associated clinical and business procedures. This role focuses on coordinating product education, procedural training, and sales enablement learning experiences through instructor-led and eLearning formats. The Learning Administrator I administers the Learning Management System (LMS), supports learners and instructors, and ensures training resources are accurate, accessible, and aligned with Applied Medical product and procedural standards at Applied Medical.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrate equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Bring experience supporting training, learning administration, or sales enablement activities.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with Learning Management Systems used for product training, certifications, or procedural education.
  • Apply strong customer service skills when supporting Field Sales team members and instructors.
  • Communicate clearly with geographically distributed learners through strong verbal and written skills.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint effectively.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot learner and system issues efficiently.
  • Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrate initiative and curiosity in improving Field Sales training processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrate experience supporting medical device product training or sales education programs.
  • Bring exposure to clinical procedure training or healthcare-related education.
  • Support learning metrics, dashboards, or reporting tied to sales readiness and certification completion.

Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment of Field Sales training programs focused on Applied Medical products, clinical procedures, and selling processes.
  • Schedule learning activities, manage registrations, and coordinate training materials for instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning courses supporting Field Sales teams.
  • Maintain LMS system standards to ensure accurate tracking of product training, procedural education, and sales readiness.
  • Manage LMS users, learning paths, certifications, and course content related to Field Sales education.
  • Troubleshoot LMS technical issues for Field Sales team members through phone, email, and virtual support.
  • Provide guidance and training to Field Sales users on how to navigate and complete required product and procedure training within the LMS.
  • Partner with Applied Learning, Sales leadership, and subject matter experts to support product launches, procedural updates, and training refreshes.
  • Assist with system audits, pilot testing, and validation of Field Sales learning content and curricula.
  • Collaborate with Applied Learning to support data-centric metrics, dashboards, and reports related to Field Sales training participation and completion.
  • Research LMS tools, trends, and best practices to improve Field Sales learning accessibility and user experience.
  • Coordinate with logistics specialists to support in-person product and procedural training events for Field Sales teams.
  • Assist with additional projects and proactively communicate opportunities to improve Field Sales learning effectiveness.
