About The Position

The company is experiencing rapid growth, opening a new restaurant every two days, and is seeking excellent leaders to grow with them. Field Leaders are responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations, understanding the importance of strong partnerships with restaurant managers, and ensuring a great operation. This role is part of a team committed to 'Cultivating A Better World' and contributing to Chipotle's mission to make better food accessible to everyone. Requirements

• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing)
• Ability to foster and ensure a food safety first culture
• Passion for team development and leading through others
• A laser-like focus on the guest experience
• The ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements
• A team player who can jump in and assist when needed
• Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
• The ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
