Summary of Primary Functions: Mixes and pours grout at footings on job sites. Performs field service rework, including repairs of cracks, fixes to damaged members.
Requirements
- All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high quality products.
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Previous experience in finishing concrete is required.
Responsibilities
- Receive instructions from Field Service Foreman about tasks to be performed at job site.
- Assist Field Finisher – Mixing grout to proper consistency.
- Assist Field Finisher - Pour grout at flat panel footing, column base, etc.
- Assist Field Finisher - Inject grout into splice sleeves of columns, wall panel, etc.
- Apply grout to lifting loop blockouts on parking deck double tees.
- Apply grout to all lifting device locations on concrete members.
- Perform field service rework to cracked and/or damaged concrete members.
