The Role As a Field Events Team Lead, you will: Directly manage, coach and develop a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors. You'll own their onboarding, training and ongoing success at every event. Set clear expectations and lead from the front, actively coaching your team in real time and providing direct feedback to build confidence, professionalism and a strong brand presence with our future customers. Be present in the field, traveling across our markets to observe execution firsthand, reinforce standards and help your team perform at a high level. Hold your team accountable to results by owning event performance, including lead quality, volume and conversion. Build the right event strategy by identifying, evaluating and securing home shows, trade shows, and community events that actually drive business. Requirements

An experienced people leader with 2+ years of coaching and developing teams, ideally in field marketing, events or brand activation environments.
Able and willing to travel 30-40% across our markets (Peoria, IL; Fort Madison, IA; Des Moines, IA; Omaha, NE; Grand Island, NE; Sioux City, IA; Wichita, KS; Springfield, MO; Kansas City, KS; and Denver, CO)
