Reporting to the Head of Operations and Experience, the Team Lead, Campus Events & Programming will serve as the architect and executor of all campus-based events, programming logistics, and shared space operations for the Bronx K–12 Flagship Campus. This role is not traditional event management, it is an opportunity to design and orchestrate experiences that bring our mission to life, elevate our culture, and ensure our campus operates with seamless precision. You will be the central point of coordination across Network teams, school leadership, families, and external partners ensuring that every event, training, tour, and gathering at Bronx K–12 is executed with excellence, consistency, and joy. You will also own the strategy and operations of campus shared spaces, ensuring they are programmed, scheduled, and utilized in a way that maximizes instructional value and fosters community across the K–12 ecosystem. A candidate who excels in project management and communication is essential in aligning stakeholders and driving outcomes.
