Avalara is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead regional and segment-based field programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. You will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of local activations — including executive dinners, roadshows, roundtables, and sales-aligned field events — across multiple regions or campaigns. You will work with Sales, Revenue Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Events to ensure territory-level engagement ladders into broader GTM strategy. You'll manage field marketing plans aligned to pipeline goals, sales coverage needs, and in-market feedback. You'll use AI and technology to improve execution, improve targeting, and scale your team's impact. Most importantly, you'll ensure field marketing is accountable to the metrics that matter: pipeline contribution, sales satisfaction, and marketing-influenced bookings.
