As the Field Development Coordinator , you will be responsible for recruiting, evaluating, and hiring skilled candidates for our various field construction positions. Additionally, you will serve an HR Liaison/Mentor to our crews by connecting with them, establishing relationships, and tracking retention.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Must have valid state drivers license in good standing.
  • Previous sales or field recruiting experience highly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Must be customer driven and results oriented.
  • Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments and tasks.
  • Must be able and willing to start as early as 5am
  • Must be available for overtime and some weekends
  • Hours will change due to ongoing project/construction needs

Responsibilities

  • Find candidates through various destinations of cold calling/canvassing including but not limited to: Job Boards, Laundromats, Gas Stations, Swap Meets, etc.
  • Serve as primary contact for calls regarding help wanted ads.
  • Create and monitor recruitment/help wanted ads.
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates through candidate and employee referrals.
  • Establish and maintain industry relationships with trade associations, educational institutions, and career services/resources.
  • Understand the companys brand, culture, mission, and vision.
  • Assist with the onboarding and retention of new employees, including filling out new hire paperwork.
  • Conducts New Hire Orientation.
  • Completes I-9 form process including verification of I-9 documents and uploading to appropriate folder.
