About The Position

Are you our next great Field Development Coordinator ? This role is heavily responsible for enhancing the field experience by serving as the HR Liaison/Mentor to our field crews by connecting with them, establishing relationships, and tracking retention.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Must have valid state drivers license in good standing.
  • Must be customer driven and results oriented.
  • Must be able and willing to start as early as 5am.
  • Must be available for weekends as needed (not full shift).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales or field recruiting experience highly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced settings and handle multiple projects and tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as an HR rep/liaison with the field workers.
  • Working closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to understand business, project, and staffing needs.
  • Conducting various field/job site visits to help enhance the field experience.
  • Helping with employee engagement and retention.
  • Creating and monitoring all recruitment and help wanted ads and serving as the main point of contact.
  • Conducting initial phone screenings and in-person interviews.
  • Establishing and maintaining industry relationships with trade associations, educational institutions, career services/resources, etc.
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates through candidate and employee referrals.
  • Schedules and conducts new hire orientation and ensure completion of new hire paperwork including, I-9, direct deposit, background and MVR.
  • Other tasks, duties, and projects as assigned.
