As a Field Connection Specialist III, you’ll be the face of our company, installing and maintaining high-speed internet and digital phone services for homes across our Duluth, MN and Superior, WI. Requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (ladder work, crawl spaces, etc.)
Proven ability to resolve escalated customer issues effectively and professionally.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 5 years of progressive field installation/service experience, with clear progression in roles, responsibilities, and technical expertise.
Valid state-issued driver’s license with a driving record that allows employee to be insured by ImOn’s insurance carrier.
Ability to meet company training and safety certification standards

Responsibilities

Install, connect, and configure internet and digital phone services for residential customers
Test and adjust equipment to ensure strong, reliable signal quality
Troubleshoot and repair service issues both indoors and outdoors
Educate customers on how to get the most from their services and recommend upgrades when beneficial
Operate safely and efficiently using company-provided tools and vehicles
Collaborate with your teammates to deliver exceptional service experiences
Serve as a mentor to Field Connection Specialist I and Field Connection Specialist II
