Position Overview: We are seeking a Field Community Marketing Manager to lead grassroots brand execution in high-priority regions. This role will build brand awareness, trial, and loyalty by developing and executing field marketing and community building strategies that connect our brands with key consumers, retail partners, and local communities. The Field Community Marketing Manager will manage a wide range of field activations, including sampling, experiential events, retail demos, and community engagement. This role will also work cross-functionally with sales, brand, and digital teams to ensure local efforts ladder up to national objectives and drive measurable business impact.
