Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related discipline.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industries.
  • Case management experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation for regional travel.
  • Knowledge of private and public reimbursement structures.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reimbursement navigation.
  • Fluency in French and/or English may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Customize program elements to meet the needs of assigned prescribing physicians.
  • Review patient status and assist physicians with patient enrolment, completing payer forms, and documenting previous therapies.
  • Identify obstacles to obtaining coverage and communicate these to the Program Manager.
  • Develop strong working relationships with physicians and their office staff to maintain smooth patient care.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to physicians on new program initiatives.
  • Complete all relevant reports in accordance with specified timelines and standards.
