This is a "learn-while-you-earn" opportunity where you’ll gain hands-on experience in the green industry from the best in the business. What You’ll Be Doing As a Field Apprentice, you aren’t just a helper—you’re a professional in training. All apprentices will go through two of our Foundations Academy programs, a dedicated training program designed to: Build Technical Skills: Gain hands-on training in the specific tools and techniques of your trade. Requirements

Reliability: You show up ready to work and eager to learn.
Excellent communication skills required to effectively collaborate and ensure efficiencies within a department.
Physical Stamina: You enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions and can handle physical labor. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and walk up to 3 miles a day.
Growth Mindset: You want a career, not just a job.
Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license is required.Ability to obtain DOT certification.

Responsibilities

Assist in the application of lawn treatments and pest control.
Learn the art and science of tree care, pruning, and removals.
Assist in landscape installation, plant maintenance, and the construction of high-quality hardscapes (patios, walkways, and retaining walls,decks,fences etc…)
Install and maintain irrigation systems and outdoor lighting; perform essential service and repairs to existing irrigation setups.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Interact with customers to provide world-class service and education on their landscapes.
