The Applications Engineer will work closely with our customers to provide technical support and assistance with product installation, configuration, and customization. They will also collaborate with our sales and engineering teams to contribute to the development of new products and features.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the product installation and integration process.
  • Customize and configure products based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify and prioritize customer requirements and develop solutions in response to those requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to ensure they have a thorough understanding of product capabilities and features.
  • Document customer requirements and feedback to inform product development and testing activities.
  • Participate in sales demonstrations and trade shows to showcase product capabilities and answer technical questions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
