Collaborating closely with the Basin Chief Assistant, they foster strong relationships within supporting departments, upholding Mesa's culture and standards. Moreover, they are entrusted with developing and documenting maintenance procedures to uphold the Mesa standard across field offices. Reporting to and receiving guidance from the Assistant Basin Chief on a daily basis, the Field Admin Clerk facilitates effective two-way communication within the team. With strong organizational skills, they ensure tasks are efficiently completed and information is readily accessible, contributing to the smooth operation of the field office.
