About The Position

Primary Responsibilities Operate winding machines in accordance with production schedules and work instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety practices and wear required PPE at all times Adhere to company policies, HSE standards, and quality procedures Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision Support team operations and perform other duties as assigned Job Duties Work overtime and shift schedules as required Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift Perform bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shift Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly Push and pull materials and equipment as needed Read and follow basic drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures Adapt to cross-training and support multiple areas of production Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Travel up to 10% as needed Education and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of three years of relevant work experience Ability to learn technical processes, repair, and assembly procedures Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and consistent attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Veterans Welcome At NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans. Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to learn technical processes, repair, and assembly procedures
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment
  • Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and consistent attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
