About The Position

Primary Responsibilities Operate centrifugal casting machinery and pipe extraction equipment Wrap fiberglass reinforcement material around mandrels Set up and operate trim saws and mix stations Use measuring tools to ensure product quality and specifications are met Interpret product specifications and apply them to machine setup and production processes Support safe, efficient manufacturing operations and assist team members as needed Job Duties Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks including fiberglass wrapping and resin application Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods (up to 12 hours) Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform push/pull movements throughout the shift Work overtime and shifts as required to meet production demands Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE and equipment Assist with on-the-job training of new employees Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adapt to cross-training and support multiple areas of production Education and Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred Ability to read and interpret drawings, instructions, and specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic Veterans Welcome At NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
