Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, instructions, and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
  • Offer of employment is contingent upon the completion of background and drug screenings, conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

  • Operate centrifugal casting machinery and pipe extraction equipment
  • Wrap fiberglass reinforcement material around mandrels
  • Set up and operate trim saws and mix stations
  • Use measuring tools to ensure product quality and specifications are met
  • Interpret product specifications and apply them to machine setup and production processes
  • Support safe, efficient manufacturing operations and assist team members as needed
  • Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks including fiberglass wrapping and resin application
  • Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform push/pull movements throughout the shift
  • Work overtime and shifts as required to meet production demands
  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE and equipment
  • Assist with on-the-job training of new employees
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Adapt to cross-training and support multiple areas of production
