Position Summary: EnterSource is seeking motivated, entry-level Fiber Installers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks for residential and business customers. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors and at heights, including ladders and poles
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn and follow technical procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Must be willing to travel within the United States
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in construction, telecommunications, or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic electrical knowledge
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic cables and related equipment
- Run fiber and conduit, perform splicing, and test fiber connections
- Follow detailed work orders and installation instructions
- Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Maintain accurate records of installations and service activities
- Travel to customer locations within the Southeast region as required
