Requirements

A competitive, motivated mindset
Strong people skills and confidence starting conversations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
A smartphone or tablet
High school diploma or equivalent
No sales experience required—we provide full training

Responsibilities

Understand all the product and services
Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods (no cold call lists).
Connect with homeowners and present our home tech solutions
Share product benefits, answer questions, and guide customers through enrollment.
Close deals, hit your monthly goals, and track your results
Track performance and work with your team to hit goal
Develop communication and marketing skills through daily training
