This is an apprentice position and experience is not required, but it is a plus. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. Entry Level Gutter Installer is responsible for performing gutter installations, gutter repairs, and gutter cleaning, shop maintenance/cleaning, aluminum recycling, and more as assigned by supervisor. We are now offering percentage pay based on each jobs revenue. There is a base starting percentage pay to start and as you move up in our program you have an opportunity to earn more percentage as your skills and effieciency becomes more established!

Requirements

Must be willing to complete and pass drug screening
Must be willing to climb up to 40 feet high
Work safely and follow all company safety training courses
Must be honest, knowledgeable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have Drivers License and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Able to measure and read measurements (preferred but not required)
Hand-tool experience, drills, hammers, pry bars (preferred but not required)
Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not a requirement!
