This position will provide leadership support and expertise in the design, creation, implementation, and administration of rates and rate programs. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of cost-of-service models, allocation manuals, testimony and exhibits, tariffs, and filings at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). This position is responsible for the preparation, presentation, and critical review of relevant cost of service studies, revenue requirement inputs, and related rate projects ensuring supportability, consistency, and accuracy of results. Additionally, this position will assist with data request responses and management of the rate case processes. This position will also work closely with other departments in the company to provide support and education on FERC guidelines and requirements as well as disseminating information about current and upcoming happenings in the utility industry that may affect Tri-State. Note : There is one position available, and this position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: FERC Rate Analyst I; job grade 7; FERC Rate Analyst II, job grade 8; Ferc Rate Analyst III; job grade 9 or Senior FERC Rate Analyst, job grade 10. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.
