About The Position

Key Responsibilities As an Assembler, you will assist the Manager and team with: Assembling products using detailed instructions while maintaining high-quality standards Prepping parts, building sub-assemblies, and assembling pump/motor systems Fastening pumps, motors, valves, and components using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, and other hardware Accurately recording lot codes of components used in assemblies Tracking inventory and documenting completed assemblies Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace Supporting additional tasks as assigned Qualifications We’re looking for candidates who bring: Ability to read and follow shop sheets and assembly instructions Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs Experience or ability to manage and maintain inventory levels Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills Experience using power tools and hand tools safely Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately High School Diploma or equivalent Key Skills & Abilities Strong time management and organizational skills Effective communication with team members and supervisors Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Why Join Us?
