About The Position

Now Hiring: Construction Foreman – Fencing 📍 Glendale & Phoenix, AZ 💲 $20 – $30/hour (DOE) 🕒 Full-Time Lead a Crew. Build Quality Projects. Grow Your Career. We’re looking for an experienced Construction Foreman – Fencing to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll supervise a small crew (2–4 team members) while actively participating in fence installation projects. If you have strong leadership skills and solid fencing experience, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role with a rapidly expanding company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of fence installation experience
• Prior experience as a Foreman, Crew Lead, or Supervisor preferred
• Knowledge of fencing materials, tools, and installation methods
• Ability to lead a team and keep projects on track
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a Foreman, Crew Lead, or Supervisor preferred
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a 2–4 person crew on fencing projects
• Install fencing systems (chain link, wood, vinyl/PVC, aluminum, etc.)
• Plan daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Read and execute project plans, layouts, and material staging
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Inspect work and provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Communicate regularly with Superintendents and Project Managers
• Manage tools, equipment, and work truck organization
• Track materials and request supplies as needed
• Train and develop crew members to improve performance
