About The Position

Perimeter Solutions Group Now Hiring: Fencing Crew Lead 📍 Location: Savannah, GA 💰 Pay: $18.03 – $30/hour (based on experience) + overtime & bonus opportunities Lead a Crew. Build Something That Lasts. Perimeter Solutions Group is looking for a skilled Fencing Crew Lead to oversee a 2–3 person team installing commercial fencing projects. Requirements

• Proven experience in fence installation ( required )
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide a small crew
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and job site protocols
• Experience working with concrete and related installation techniques
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license (no suspensions in the last 3 years)
• Experience driving 2–3 ton trucks and towing trailers
• Clean background and commitment to a drug-free workplace

Nice To Haves

• CDL preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small crew on commercial fencing projects
• Measure, mark, and install fence lines to precise specifications
• Install wood, vinyl (PVC), chain link, aluminum, and wrought iron fencing
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare job sites, including clearing, leveling, and setup
• Mix and pour concrete for secure post installation
• Perform repairs and maintenance on existing fences
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
