About The Position

The Feed Order & Delivery Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, tracking, and coordinating feed deliveries to company farms to ensure accurate feed allocation, prevent outages, and support live production objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mathematical aptitude, including ability to calculate ratios, percentages, and production-related measurements.
• Proficient computer skills with ability to learn and operate MTech and Beta Raven systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to apply sound judgment in coordinating multiple variables in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate feed deliveries to farms to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory, delivery tickets, placements, and formula data in company systems.
• Ensure birds receive correct feed types and quantities according to production requirements.
• Communicate formula changes and new formula numbers to dispatch and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide reclaim quantities and support alignment with live operations and processing schedules.
• Set up farms in systems for new placements and participate in farm trials, ensuring feed amounts are tracked and separated accurately.
• Maintain effective working relationships with growers, service technicians, drivers, and internal teams.
• Support weighmaster qualification requirements as needed.
