We are looking for an experienced Federal Compliance Program Manager to join our Technology Risk & Compliance team. Reporting to the Director of Technology Risk and Compliance, this role allows for remote work provided the individual maintains the readiness to work on-site in a Washington, DC SCIF on a frequent or as-needed basis. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated Federal Compliance frameworks for FedRAMP and DoD authorization. Your work will directly influence business strategy by ensuring compliance activities are integrated into broader business processes and initiatives while supporting our mission as a global cloud security leader.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in assessing/developing security control implementations for cloud-native architecture, including containerization and Kubernetes networking.
  • This position requires an active US Government Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance. Maintenance of this clearance is a condition of continued employment.
  • Conceptual knowledge of DoD RMF security controls in a classified environment. Including but not limited to SIPRNet Assessment and Authorization and IL6 provisional authorizations.
  • DoD RMF experience for classified environments is required. Direct experience with IL6 authorization is strongly preferred.
  • Experience implementing and auditing DISA STIGs/SRGS

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain integrated Federal Compliance frameworks for FedRAMP and DoD authorization, including continuous monitoring and managing project timelines and deliverables
  • Collaborate and communicate Federal Compliance requirements to a wide range of stakeholders, including engineering, security, business teams, external assessors, and federal agencies
  • Monitor relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards while conducting compliance assessments to ensure continued adherence
  • Influence business strategy and decision-making through expert compliance insights and integration of compliance activities into broader initiatives
