About The Position

This role is a high-impact position focused on driving growth and revenue through strategic Federal channel partnerships. You will lead the development and execution of regional partner strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Federal ecosystem. The role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can create robust pipelines, manage joint sales activities, and execute account plans to expand market reach. Collaboration with sales teams and partners will be critical to achieving performance targets. You will also be responsible for forecasting, reporting, and analyzing progress to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone experienced in Federal channels, passionate about partnership development, and capable of navigating complex, high-stakes environments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Federal channel or partner management experience
  • Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships in the Federal sector
  • Strong pipeline development and account planning skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications a plus
  • Based in the Washington, D.C. area (Virginia, Maryland, or nearby)
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive Federal channel revenue and achieve annual targets through strategic partner engagement
  • Develop, maintain, and execute regional partner business plans aligned with sales objectives
  • Manage pipeline development, account planning, and partner growth initiatives
  • Conduct quarterly plan reviews and adjust strategies to meet evolving business needs
  • Lead joint sales activities and manage a robust Federal partner funnel
  • Build deep, long-term relationships with partners to expand presence across the Federal ecosystem
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting to track progress and ensure alignment
