About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Territory Manager in the United States. This role is a senior commercial position focused on driving adoption of advanced medical device solutions across a defined geographic territory. You will be responsible for expanding product usage, strengthening clinical partnerships, and supporting customers through training, value analysis, and ongoing engagement. Working closely with clinical and internal stakeholders, you will influence purchasing decisions and long-term growth. The environment is fast-paced, innovation-driven, and highly collaborative, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This position offers significant autonomy, visibility, and impact within a high-growth medical technology context, with extensive travel and direct customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in medical device sales or a closely related field
  • Strong knowledge of medical device products, industry dynamics, customers, and competitive landscapes
  • Proven ability to successfully execute complex sales processes and close strategic opportunities
  • Demonstrated success in building trusted, long-term relationships with clinical and business stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and adaptable mindset
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Solution-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving and critical analysis capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and product adoption within an assigned territory or portfolio of accounts
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities supporting product use, training, and customer success
  • Lead and support training initiatives across all accounts in the territory
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Account Managers to ensure seamless customer engagement
  • Participate in negotiations with key accounts and contribute to value analysis discussions
  • Forecast sales performance and monitor economic, regulatory, and market trends impacting growth
  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, including pricing, products, and sales strategies
  • Recommend improvements to products, services, and commercial policies based on market feedback
  • Maintain strong internal collaboration to reinforce company culture and long-term customer relationships
  • Travel extensively within the territory, exceeding 60 percent
