The FCS Local Business Head, ISPEC will drive the execution of the divisional strategy throughout North America, to achieve growth and value creation. In collaboration with the Global Head of Business, the Local Business Head contributes to the design and development of the Global Sales & Marketing strategy linked to the related Business Segments (Industrial Machinery, Chem/Pharma, Alternative Fuels, Motorsport, Nuclear) . This person will: Develop and implement the North American Strategic plan for the Business Segment a local marketing plan, qualify the market needs of the business, and convert it to clear products/solutions requirements Determine price level for each customer project Manage customer satisfaction Drive revenue growth for new and existing customers Collaborate with Global Head of Business on the design and development of the global sales and marketing strategy – providing input on local demands of the business This person is/will become a business matter expert for North America. The position requires a broad range of activities relating to strategy creation & execution, sales, marketing, and customer service plus a close collaboration with the Global Business team, in order to drive revenues and market share growth.
