General Summary Of Duties: Greet and escort guests to tables. Maintain a courteous/efficient operation to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with the supervision of staff. Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following) Greet and seat guests in accordance with restaurant procedures. Maintain general supervision of the dining room and assure that all guests are correctly served. Report all problems to management in a timely manner. Ensure guest satisfaction through outstanding guest service.
