About The Position

We’re a fast-paced women’s apparel company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Fashion Showroom Assistant to support daily showroom operations, assist sales, and help keep everything running smoothly. If you’re organized, professional, and love fashion, this role is for you.

Requirements

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional communication (in person + email)
• Comfortable in a busy environment and able to multitask
• Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets is a plus)

Nice To Haves

• Fashion interest/experience is a plus (showroom, wholesale, styling, retail, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Greet buyers and guests, maintain a polished showroom experience
• Prep and organize samples, racks, linesheets, and display areas
• Assist the sales team with appointments, follow-ups, and order support
• Steam/merchandise samples and ensure products are presentation-ready
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing packages (UPS/FedEx), log deliveries, and track shipments
• Help with market weeks, showroom events, and company parties
• Keep inventory/sample flow organized and assist with basic admin tasks as needed
