FarmFit Field Specialist
About The Position
We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, knowledgeable, and friendly field specialist to join our Farmfit team working with biotechnology in the dairy and beef space. In this full-time, customer-facing role, you will travel to customer herds to assist in sales, installation and training of new customers, and to deliver exceptional customer service. You will demonstrate your technical knowledge of our various product options in a friendly and helpful manner, treat potential customers with the utmost respect, and ensure a professional experience to drive success for all customers. STgenetics® is the worldwide leader in Sexed Semen and Embryo production. ST is well known around the globe as one of the top sources for assistance in locating and exporting quality semen, embryos, and livestock from the United States. ST through the experience of its staff specializes in helping find quality livestock, semen, and embryos for placement domestically and internationally.
Requirements
- College degree in animal science or related field and/or experience and knowledge of the dairy or beef industries
- Able to memorize and recall product specifications and demonstrate value proposition
- Experience working in a farm environment
- Able to work cooperatively as part of a team
- Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Command of the English language; bilingual in Spanish desirable
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times

Responsibilities
- Provide site survey and installation of equipment
- Continuously grow knowledge of ST product lines
- Travel to customers sites for installation, training, and trouble shooting
- Provide continual customer support
- Demonstrate product functionality
- Communicate all technical specifications
- Work cooperatively with sales team
- Remain in compliance with company guidelines at all times
