About The Position

The Farm Manager builds and maintains strong customer and employee relationships. Provides effective and profitable farm management services for clients in an accurate and professional manner.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in agriculture-related field.
Will become a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
Must be willing to obtain a real estate license (Salesperson and/or Broker) from the State of Nebraska.
Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products.
Must be accurate and detail oriented.
Ability to interactive effectively with customers, management and co-workers.
Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently.
Will provide unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank.

Nice To Haves

Previous farm manager experience or related farm background preferred.

Responsibilities

Management of all aspects of business associated with agricultural properties of clients.
Supervise all tenant farm operations.
Oversee accounting information for each client using the AgWare MGR software.
Responsible for USDA Government Program administration and compliance.
Administer the sale of client's real property through private treaty or public auction.
Maintain current customer base and cultivate new business opportunities.
