POSITION SUMMARY This full time, seasonal role will include responsibilities such as assisting in the development and execution of Fan Experience initiatives including Fan Issue Resolutions, Season Ticket Member Experiences, Game Day Events, and various other activities. Under the direct supervision of the Fan Services Coordinator this role will assist in all departmental day-to-day activities as well as cross train in Season Ticket Member Services and Guest Services. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS The Fan Services Seasonal Associate will report to the Fan Services Coordinator.
