The ES Premium & Wage Partners team administers the wage reporting and premiums payment functions of the FAMLI Program in accordance with the FAMLI Act and its implementing regulations. They enforce compliance with state law and regulations to ensure the integrity of the FAMLI Program and the solvency of the FAMLI Trust Fund. The work unit is responsible for monitoring and processing premium payments and the collection of past-due balances; reviewing wage submissions for errors or duplication and securing missing wage reports; resolving payment errors; establishing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with installment payment agreements. Position exists to educate the employer community on policies regarding employer liability; to assist employers in understanding FAMLI statutes, regulations, and compliance in filing quarterly wage reports and making premium payments; identify delinquent wage reports and premium balances and pursue collections; process refunds and reimbursements; and educate and instruct employers in their responsibilities and legal rights while protecting the interests of the Division in accordance with the Colorado Revised Statutes, Colorado Code of Regulations, and Division policies and procedures.
