Requirements

Strong billing experience + strong excel skills + analytical skills
Must have a strong AR background with a minimum of three years billing experience.
High School Degree Required

Responsibilities

Handle billing for individual and group health plans, including retroactive adjustments and credits.
Manage unique billing scenarios such as employee turnover and retro billing processes.
Export large volumes of data from the CSC system (green screen) into Excel for analysis and reporting.
Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to create and maintain spreadsheets.
Prepare and organize invoices for mailing or delivery to internal teams.
Support transition to new systems (Whipro and QNEXT) scheduled for next year.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and timely completion of billing tasks.
